Submit a documented case
This docket takes cases that come with documents. Statements, letters, checks, returned item notices, credit reports, tracking receipts. A description without documents is not something this site can publish, and saying so is not a judgement about whether it happened.
What happens to what you send
- It goes to private storage. Nothing you upload is reachable from the public site, and there is no code path in this application that can move an unredacted document to the public one.
- Nothing publishes until a redacted copy has been signed off. Account numbers, the MICR line on any check, signatures, and your address come out first.
- The institution is named. You are not. Every case on this docket anonymises the borrower.
- You will be asked to confirm before anything of yours appears.
