A mortgage escrow advance in August 2024 doubled the required payment. Every attempt to
cure it since has been returned, reclassified, or reversed, and the resulting credit
reporting contradicts itself on its face.
The controlling fact is not the hardship. It is this: the same tradeline reports the
account as paying as agreed with $0 past due, and as 150 days delinquent. Experian
reports 150 days for June 2025. Equifax and TransUnion report 120 for the same month.
